Dolly was born and raised in her home country of Venezuela. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. Dolly earned her degree in public accountancy from the Catholic University of Tachira in 1999.

Dolly and her family moved to the United States in 2019 where she has continued to grow and learn in her field. Her specialties include businesses in the service, retail, and restaurant industries. Dolly looks at each new client as an opportunity to grow and learn as each have their own individual needs.
