Oscar was born in Caracas, Venezuela. He received his accounting degree from Universidad Santa Maria in Caracas and is a Certified Public Accountant in his country. Oscar has more than 28 years of experience, that includes 7 years with a transnational firm as a Financial Auditor. He also spent 19 years with a telecom company covering the areas of administration and finance, such as, Accounting and Tax Chief, Controller, and Administration Vice President. Oscar is committed to his job and role using his knowledge and experience to grow together with the Hensley family and provide its clients the best service.
